Sydney Breast Cancer Foundation aim is to encourage women of all ages to be pro-active in self-breast examination.

According to the Johns Hopkins Medical Center: “Forty percent of diagnosed breast cancers are detected by women who feel a lump, so establishing a regular breast self-exam is very important”.

1. Step one = the shower check
2. Step two = the bathroom mirror
3. Step three = check lying down
