  1. Babies’ health formulas rely on breastfeeding when in first 1000 days of his life, but after 5 or 6 months most babies are ready to begin having solid food. But as breastfeeding is a boon there is nothing to worry in it if your baby needs breast feeding a little longer. There is no particular age to stop breast feeding, you can realize it by baby’s activity. All mothers are advised that instead of increasing number of breast feeding diet you can introduce bland cereal mixed with breast milk for couple of weeks so that your baby will not feel the change in taste.
