Food and Drug Administration falls short on Drug Safety Regulation ; proving FDA Ineffectiveness

After allowing the diethylstilbestrol  first world’s drug disaster, here is another “evidence” that the Food and Drug Administration does NOT protect us from harmful drugs !!!

The FDA program that monitors drug safety risks is ineffective because drug manufacturers fail to comply with the program and the agency fails to enforce it, according to a government report.
